Lots of vendors selling bánh xèo in Saigon but this one serves delicious crispy bánh xèo at an affordable price. Well worth the wait for piping hot "crepe" stuffed with seafood, mushroom and beansprouts. Fresh local vegetables (7 types!) are provided to wrap the bánh xèo in.

Pancake wrapped around by fresh leafy green, dipping in the umami fish sauce, um, c'est la vie! Amazing cheap eat, 10/10. As a local, I prefer this place than the one in 46A Dinh Cong Trang Street, in terms of taste and price.
