This is another slightly less busy beach with a great park for kids and a very short walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a slightly longer bike ride or just a change in scenery, hit up Kouw park!

PARK This 3.7 acre park is located along 200 feet of beachfront on Lake Michigan at the end of Van Buren Road. Beachfront is closed due to erosion, but park equipment is 10/10.

Really nice playground, grills, picnic tables, nice stairs leading down to the beach. Free parking.
