See the oldest tree in England, did Robin Hood shelter under it. Lovely walk and visitor centre into the legendary Sherwood Forest. Very popular with guests

The Sherwood Forest Visitor centre and surrounding woodland is well worth a visit. The Major Oak the tree where Robin Hood and his merry band of followers are said to and lived is close to the visitors centre
