Being a coffee connoisseur myself, I only love the best and only the best tasting coffee which is freshly ground from the bean and heated at the exact temperature of 96°C then slightly cooled to 70°C and served to you so that by the time the liquid hits your tongue it is at an optimum of 58.7°C. Anyway, this cool cafe is one of the better ones in the city (better than Costa Coffee or Starbucks if you have time).
