Cafe Julia’s convenient location (adjacent to the Pavillon) and large coffee menu make it a perfect pit spot while strolling the Farmer’s Market, skating at the Ice Rink or doing some shopping on Phoenix. Their delicious treats and sandwich menu are fantastic if you plan to stay a while.
