Popular winery. One of the first in the area--before the "Colorado Wine Country" term was made. 2.2 miles from the cottage. You can ride your bike--it's a straight shot up the highway. On the (slightly) busier road so a little less quaint feeling.

Easy bike ride/ walk East of the Cottage, on the way into Palisade.

This is my favorite winery in Palisade, CO, about an hour west on I-70. They also have a cute gift shop and are across the street from The Meadery of the Rockies.
