One of the best spots for sandwiches and lunch options. Avoca style food, really good quality and there will always be a que.

My absolute favourite.. Porridge, cakes,choc biscuit cake.. Great take away food. Gourmet sandwiches..yummmstop off before heading to Sundrive Park! Bliss!
