This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Seattle. Quirky staff, all sustainable (no eel!), inventive sushi rolls (Temptation Island). It's the opposite of traditional. Reservations are easy to get, but if you show up without one, expect to wait a long time. (West Seattle)
