Knysna Gin Distillery creates traditional small batch spirits. The distillery and tasting room allows visitors to appreciate the entire distilling process while sipping a G&T. Using a traditional approach with a copper still and flame creates a clean, smooth spirit. Knysna Gin is infused with nine natural botanicals and local spring water. Num num berries, a favourite of the Knysna Loerie, deliver a slightly tart element to the gin. Visit any day for tastings and an informal tour. Happy hour daily and a cocktail night on Fridays to celebrate the opening of the potstill - the magical cloud of vapour is something to behold!
