Carretera Pte. 36, 45920 Ajijic, Jal. Manix is a great surf and turf spot and one of my favorites to stop by in the town. They are very close to Casa de Annie and easy to access. With both an excellent bar and delicious food I couldn’t recommend them more. Personally, I enjoy the seafood options, like the Muscle Linguini and the Fruitte di Mare which is tender, well-seasoned, and a generous portion at that. With live music, a great bar, and great staff I enjoy them on the regular. They are close, personable, and one of the better eateries in the town.

The linguini Alfredo with shrimp is outstanding! I highly recommend it. I also had the pleasure of dining during free margarita Friday with Paco and Fernando on guitar and saxophone.
