Market Basket’s the grocery store that would make the cut for New Hampshire’s Mt Rushmore, if there ever were such an initiative after the state watched the Old Man on the Mountain rock formation fall to it’s demise in 2003. It’s also the newest grocery store in the region, with traditionally lower prices than Hannaford’s around the corner.

New England chain supermarket famous for being super inexpensive and having a huge feud between the two founders who shared the same name. There was intrigue and betrayal, and all the workers went on strike to support one of the founders (and hated the other). It's worth Googling the back story on for sure.
