If you want authentic Mexican food, check out a neighborhood favorite. This no-frills place has amazing birria tacos. Our go-to whenever friends visit Denver is to order the Volcan.

Mr. Peralta Mariscos has a delightful fragrance of a beach side seafood restaurant and i love it! We ordered the CARNAVAL DE MARISCOS dish for 2, an incredible dish of sweet crab (perfect), juicy shrimp, pulpo, bay scallops, clams, a whole fried fish, onions & jalapenos - and more then i can remember. Being North Denverites we had to try their green chili so we tried the green chili fries and we love their green chili as well. Ah the pièces de ré·sis·tance they have the BEST Micheladas in the neighborhood! The menu is large and ranges from fresh seafood, cooked seafood, steaks, and then the usual fair of burritos, tacos, flautas etc.
