This is the famous Bregenzer Festspiele, as seen in the James Bond movie (Quantum of Solace). This outdoor theater is really one of a kind and you must get tickets very early in advance to attend. It is only happening during the peak summer months and the tickets aren't cheap... but if you want a unique theater experience, Bregenz is less than an hour away! You can also visit the city of Bregenz... it is right along the lake, the first city you get to right after the Austrian border.

World renowned opera festival beginning in mid July, with the Viennese Symphonic Orchestra. In 2019 and 2020 the opera is Rigoletto by Guiseppe Verdi. Tickets at www.bregenzerfestspiele.com

Opera on the Lake Constance, absolutely spectacular view, very close to Dornbirn (just 15 minutes by S-Bahn(train) from Dornbirn)
