Just a short drive from the studio, on the outskirts of Poughkeepsie. About 3 miles / 10 min drive. At Plan Bee, their mission is to brew 100% New York State ingredient beer. Each beer is created by the limitation of local resources. From the yeast they cultivate from their honey comb, to the grain and hops in the fields, if it isn’t in the community it doesn’t enter the beer, and we love that! You’ll notice a difference as you sip their Barn Beer, a juicy and satisfying flavor with fruity and funky fermentation, or even something as unique as their Pickle Beer, brewed with cucumber and dill – refreshing and tart! Enjoy their tasting room or sit outside among the goats. It’s a true farm brewery experience! Open Thursday – Sunday.
