Upscale Italian food with great wine and cocktail list. This is one of my favorite Italian spots in DC. It is smaller plates, but delicious. Also, they have a great bar that also serves a number of mocktails. Sfoglina is about 1.3 miles down the road in Van Ness. I have certainly walked to/from there on a nice evening. You can also take a short uber/Lyft ride there or take the redline 2 metro stops to Van Ness.

Classy Italian with great homemade pasta. A little pricier than some of the other neighborhood restaurants but an excellent choice for a memorable meal or a special night out.
