Lovely bit of nature in the centre of Bristol. Almost feels like Dartmoor.

Local nature reserve with views over the city. From here, you can carry on down to Conham River Park - a nature reserve next to the river where people swim in the summer.

Trooper's Hill Nature reserve is just a short stroll away down Beaufort Road then Malvern Road. Stunning views across Bristol, great for sunsets, sunrises, viewing fireworks and hot air balloons, quiet contemplation.

A local walking favourite of mine with great views. On a clear day you can see Bath race course. A 15 minute walk from our doorstep and you can explore a rugged landscape within a suburban setting. There is a forest below with walking baths and you can easily navigate to the River Avon for a river walk.
