Stop at this locally owned outdoor gear and clothing store. They rent xc skis in the winter and post information regarding trails and hiking/snow conditions. Sylvan Peaks sells great outdoor brands and fashionable yet functional clothing and shoes. If you're going on an epic backpack trip or just a day hike and forgot to bring water bottle, map, tent, bear spray, this is the place!
