the closest to Ceglie. It is very convenient for the kids. they love to swim here and get a gelato at the bar right behind the beach. if you do not have problems walking on rocks, skip the first beach and keep walking after the old tower. You will find many more secluded beaches which are better to relax and be romantic!

Torre Pozzella is one of the marinas of Ostuni, to reach the uncontaminated coast it is necessary to follow some dirt roads that easily lead to the oasis. Torre Pozzella is characterized by rock formations that through some curves of the coastal stretch - composed mostly of low cliffs - generates small coves and small sandy beaches. Near the beach there is a suggestive watchtower of the sixteenth century, built to defend the coast, similar to Torre Guaceto. Today you will see the tower half destroyed. It is a place where you really feel in contact with nature. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming even when in other parts of the coast it could be rough. In fact, the high rocks protect the beach during the windiest days. In the sandy areas Torre Pozzella is suitable for families. If you love diving you can stop in an area with rocky stretches.

ITA - Torre Pozzelle è una delle aree costiere più belle della città di Ostuni (BR) in Puglia. Questo tratto costiero è caratterizzato da una serie di piccole calette in sabbia (cinque per essere precisi) intervallate da ampi tratti di scogli, lambiti dal mare e circondati dalla macchia mediterranea tipica delle dune costiere. A far da vedetta a questo incontaminato paesaggio un’antica torre aragonese costruita tra il 1565 ed il 1569. La torre costiera è per metà crollata e nonostante ciò conserva un notevole fascino. L'area naturalistica della costa di Torre Pozzelle racchiude una elevata biodiversità di specie vegetali e animali. Un luogo che, grazie alla recente protezione, e possibile ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza. Oltre a 5 incantevoli calette sabbiose racchiuse dalla bassa scogliera rocciosa è presente un raro bosco di ginepri secolari oltre ad una piccola zona umida.
