Sin Kaya is a quiet and cozy tavern that serves comfort cuisine from the Mt. Fuji region. Try the houto noodles with pumpkin in miso broth! This place can be a little hard to find, so look for the white and black sign and head up to the second floor, 2F. Hours: 6:00pm - 3:00am (Closed on Sunday and Holidays)
