Rent paddle boards or float the river through town. About half way through the float there is a man made rapid and a wave. For a small fee you can take the shuttle back to your car from drake park at the end of the float.

Another larger access point for tubing and kayaking down the Deschutes River, right in town. They run a shuttle service in the summer from Mirror Pond.

The Bend Park and Rec building is in the hub of the river trail, that goes for miles both directions, making a great running, hiking, walking, hang out spot. There is many grass areas and other points of interest for families, dogs, and exercisers.
