Located in old down town, off the square. Get your sugar rush at this local favorite. A little pricey but these baked goods are out of this world & worth the cost. Grab a coffee & split a sweet with their indoor & outdoor seating or stroll the square.

Galaxy offers a unique selection of baked goods as Rated #4 in the Nation by “The Learning Channel” on the “Bodacious Bakeries” Segment of “Best Food Ever.” Here is a sampling of their new menu: cupcakes, giant cupcakes, cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, specialty coffee drinks, gourmet hot chocolate, wireless internet.

Galaxy is a family owned bakery offering cakes, cookies, cupcakes and pastries. All jams and icings are home-made; they never come out of a jar. Galaxy always uses real butter, never shortening. Eggs are purchased locally from Hallsome Farms in Jarrell and all wheat is organic, Texas-grown wheat, ground in the store. The Cuvee coffee is locally roasted in Spicewood, Texas. The Boston Crème croissant is my favorite. Give it a try!
