In Tejn. A great little bakery run by two young brothers. Sourdough bread, tarts, rolls, but the ones to go for are the almond croissants. Unbelievably delicious.

Best organic bakery in the area is Brødre Bageri in Tejn. They also offer pizza and delicious sandwiches, and have a unique selection of bio wine, gourmet cheeses, meats etc

Kendt på hele Bornholm for sit surdejsbrød og ikke mindst for deres mandelcrossainter. Laver også en rigtigt god pizza
