7/11, fair price for groceries, laundromat, few nice eating spots with tasty food and reasonable prices. sit down ambience. 5 min walk

Great little complex just across the street with a supermarket, ATM machines, a decent restaurant / bar (Erwin's), fast food joint (KFC), Starbucks, a massage centre and wine shop.
