We came here for our family reunion and loved the light show the Maori history of the area and the entertainment. I am from this area and still learnt a bit . We thoroughly enjoyed it

This meeting house has travelled the world and finally it has been rightfully returned to its whenua (land) where it belongs. Mataatua is culturally and spiritually important to the people of Ngati Awa.
