Take a trip to the lighthouse and see the tides of the Atlantic ocean cross with the English channel. Regardless of the weather, it's definitely worth the visit.

Portland is a peninsula off of Weymouth with coastal paths all around. Great views and you can visit the lighthouse.

Portland Bill is a decent walk from the marina, but once you have got up The Incline it is down hill all the way and the rewards are many. It is not to be missed.
