Once on Olango Island, time slows down, and you can enjoy simple life. Nice birdies at the sanctuary. You may need to haggle about rides, etc. Possible as a daytrip.

Olango island is one of the smaller islands in Mactan. It can be reached by boat from Mactan island. This island is known for a sanctuary for migratory birds from different parts of the world. Please do your research when is the best time to witness the birds.
