Take in a sunset at this local spot in the neighborhood! It's a basic .5 mile hike to the top where you can take in panoramic views of brightly colored tree tops and a view of the city skyline peaking out in the background. To get there, plug in this address: 5808 Harold Ct, Austin, TX 78721. It will look industrial but you're in the right spot. You'll see a no outlet sign and park along the street there. The trail is unmarked but easy to follow. Look for the slight crack in the curb to get started. At 0.2 miles, you'll notice a wooden platform on your right side for Red Bluff Vista but keep going. Once you get to the top, enjoy the views of this beautiful city but make sure to get back on the trail before it gets dark!

This is a super DIY little hiking spot that you can access from the back of the neighborhood. Hike to the top of the hill and watch the sunset over downtown in the distance. Nothing is marked or mapped or anything which is the charm of this place.
