This station was supposed to be built in Maryborough QLD. Beautiful historic building with a delightful mueseum and fabulous cafe.

The grand Maryborough Railway Station was meant to be built in Maryborough Queensland but the plans were mixed up. It is a sight to behold. There is a wonderful cafe/bar which is open Wednesday to Sunday up till 3pm. Also a tourist information/gift shop. It’s a pleasant train ride through some lovely old railway stations or about an hour’s drive
