Nature Seekers is an NGO who provides protection, information and a close up and personal encounter with the giant leatherback turtle to guests. The nesting site is located 15 minutes drive from the Leatherback Lodge. Matura beach is one of the largest turtle nesting sites in the world. Hundreds of these giants come ashore a nights between the months of March to September every year.
