Nice wooded area with a walking trail that goes around the water and up the hillside behind the small lake. Good place to fit in some outdoor time without driving far. Not suitable for swimming, but perfect for exploring, fishing, and picnicking.

This lake is gorgeous. It's perfect for a short hike for families or solo. The flora and fauna around the lake is stunning. Highly recommend.

Along with fishing, Lake Wilson offer some good hiking. The Joe Clark Trail at Lake Wilson is a 2.7 mile loop that is accessible from March until October.

This beautiful lake is within city limits and less than 10 minutes driving but feels like a world away. There’s a great hiking trail around the lake that you can do in about 30 minutes, bring your kayak and even take a refreshing swim in the summer time!
