If you're looking for an intimate, mind bending dining experience, check out the Catbird Seat. It's the sort of place that serves a 10 course tasting menu that just might redefine your mental image of food. The restaurant only seats 22 and reservations open 30 days out, so be on the lookout early if this Haute-Cuisine experience appeals to you!

While we have not eaten here yet, it is written in national magazines as one of the best restaurants in the country. I think reservations are booked several months in advance. $$$$ Pre-fixe
