The KWV has an international reputation of excellence in the production of wines,brandy and fortified wines ( port ) and the cellar tour is very interesting . Part of the group is the beautiful and historic wine estate nearby called Laborie where they have tours and wine tastings on a daily basis.

There are two options at KWV: Their tasting room is at a different location but you can do a brandy and biltong tasting and many more at the tasting room. The wine Emporium currently hosts a whole new experience: SENSORIUM: There is an art exhibition where they pair artwork with certain brandy's. I enjoyed this experience so much as I have never seen anything like this before.
