Stunning local produce in an atmospheric conservatory setting - our favourite eatery, reliably delicious and of a very high standard. All sorts of Tasmanian liqueur, whiskey, gin, as well as wine.

To be honest this is high on my list of cafes to visit, but I hear nothing but good things. Set in an isolated area just off the highway this Victorian era conservatory The Tasmanian Food & Wine Conservatory is a cafe/providore stocking 100% Tasmanian produce from the best growers & producers across the state.
