** City hall.Same architect as the Gherkin, Norman Foster...nicknamed " the glass testicle ". Sometimes the topfloor is open to public.Go try your luck if you walk by.

Throughout the summer this area has outdoor performances, bars and events. Otherwise it's a great place to visit to sit on the green and watch the river.
