The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, with a jacuzzi from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

L'appartamento è caldo ed accogliente, con ottime rifiniture in legno, cotto e ferro. Dotato di termosingolo, cucina e ingresso indipendente permette agli ospiti la massima autonomia. Si trova nella piazza principale del paese a 150 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo a bar, ristoranti e ad altri servizi. E' possibile parcheggiare sotto casa.
