Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Renovated in 2024 to a high standard this 19th century town house is set in a charming and peaceful Devon village square. It comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms. The village boasts two amazing pubs serving great food. The house has a games room with a full size pool table, darts board and games console. Well situated for easy access to South Hams stunning beaches and a short drive to the outstanding natural beauty of Dartmoor. We welcome one well behaved dog.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

Stunning Views in a Hikers and Cyclists Paradise

Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

A beautiful and peaceful spot on Dartmoor, secured spacious garden. Gorgeous walks at the door. This private cottage also boasts spacious rooms, open fire (winter) 3 double bedrooms, dining area and 2 bathrooms. A cosy cottage with a gym, full sized snooker table, air hockey, table tennis table at no extra cost. Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
