The Farmhouse is a Grade II listed stone house over four hundred years old with living space arranged over three floors. Large farmhouse kitchen with Aga and table to seat up to 14. Sleeps 6 + Parking! The Thatched House, Devon is in a beautiful village on the south coast. With sea views and a beach within a few minutes walk, it's the perfect holiday location. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden.

Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
