Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Imagine only 40 mins from Auckland City to our tranquil retreat... a gorgeous apartment double glazed fully insulated on one of the best roads on the coast with truly amazing sea views from whale Cove to Red Beach Orewa and beyond to wake up to with a coffee on your beautiful northfacing deck. All day sun in the winter and cool in summer. Watch the sunset fire up the sky in the evening. Use our kayak or paddleboard to enjoy the ocean a short walk from your retreat or fish at the secret spot!!!!

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Orewa’s vibrant beach community has so much to offer from swimming, kite surfing, community events & street markets. Our little cosy retreat is across the road from the reserve hosting scenic bike tracks and a short stroll to the beach.

Our little flat is connected to our main house and offers comfortable, basic amenities suitable for a stop-over or short stay.
