Treescape is 1 mile to HW-17, 8 miles to Santa Cruz, 10 miles to Natural Bridges State Beach, and 15 miles to Silicon Valley.

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304

(Permit Number 231151) Views of the creek and only steps to the conference center at Mount Hermon, less than 1/2 mile to the famous redwood forest of Henry Cowell; this home is perfect to stay in and relax or to go explore and use as a homebase. Newly remodeled kitchen, with everything you would need to host a dinner party, kids games, books, TV and so much more.

Orchard Cottage is a newly refurbished historical home in a rural neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Los Gatos. Lots of wildlife and local private hiking trails make this location in the Santa Cruz Mountains a peaceful retreat from city life.
