Palazzo Bardi is situated in the heart of the historic center of Florence. It was built in 1430 on behalf of Busini family. The most interesting element is the beautiful central courtyard designed by Brunelleschi, probably the first elegant private courtyard in Florence on a square plan, has round arches that give rise to a full four-sided portico with columns and Corinthian capitals. Typically, Brunelleschi is also the arrangement of doors that open onto the courtyard. Located in the heart of the historic town it is surrounded by buildings, monuments and museums. Only a few steps from Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce.
