Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom wirh en suite/electric shower and walk-in cupboard. Lounge has ethernet/ WiFi and 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

Beautiful traditional tenement flat in Shawlands, the buzzing south-side of Glasgow. Queens Park, trendy bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. Glasgow city centre is easily accessible within 10 minutes by train or slightly longer by bus. The Annexe is within a conservation village, on the first floor it has shower room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and there is also a fold down bed with linen kept in cupboard under stairs On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area with bifold doors leading to patio area.
