Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

A fantastic Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated close to the famous Magpie Cafe, Whitby harbour and Whitby’s bustling town centre with all its appeal. Dating back to the 18th century, this wonderful cottage offers a homely feel with exposed beams and quirky traditional features adding to its charming character. Sleeping 4 the cottage has both a double and twin bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor providing plenty of space and seating for 4.

Crabapple Cottage close to Runswick Bay & Staithes

Charming Crabapple Cottage, which has recently benefited from renovation is located in a small courtyard in the village. Boasting a delightful sitting room with log burner, kitchen leading directly to the rear garden and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both suitable for two adults. Hinderwell is a great location to visit the local area with a butchers, fish and chip shop and pub almost on the door step. A regular bus service services Whitby and Saltburn.

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Driftwood Cottage is a stylish recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) arranged over 3 floors located in the picturesque seaside village of Staithes, North Yorkshire. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

This is the perfect spot for exploring the natural and stunning beauty of the North York Moors and the Yorkshire coastline, with the Cleveland Way coastal path and Whitby to Scarborough cycle path (Cinder Track) passing close by.

From the front you can see down to Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church and from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside.
