We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

Jo & Carl welcome you to the Jacaranda, we are a small friendly guest house centrally located to all amenities you would expect from a seaside resort. We are just approximately 100 yards from the sea front and just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus/train stations. Our guest house has eight comfortable clean letting rooms (all en-suite except one with private facilities), there are many bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk and a variety of things to do for all ages.

A warm welcome awaits. Our guest room with its own entrance overlooks a secluded, rural valley. The room includes a double sleigh bed, tea/coffee facilities, cool box, plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. A farmhouse breakfast with local ingredients and our own sourdough. Perfect for exploring the coast and Dartmoor or delights of Salcombe, Dartmouth & Totnes. A good base for walking the SW coast path. Dinner can be provided.

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free. Room 4 Kethla Guest House Torquay

Room 4 is a 12 sq m. first floor double bedroom with a standard-sized double bed, luxury bedding and toiletries, a small TV, fridge with refreshments and complementary tea & coffee making facilities. The room has been completely refurbished during 2022 and is a quiet room at the rear of the property. A relaxing and peaceful retreat. An exceptional breakfast is available to purchase at the property at £10 per person.

9 Dartmoor Studio for Family or Group (up to 4)

The Ramblers' Rest is a former pub. It is now wholly devoted to accommodation. We try to do things a little bit differently here and provide you with facilities to provide your own breakfast, although our neighbours are The Fox Tor Cafe who can knock up a fabulous breakfast. We have our own free car park and you are just minutes away from a walk on the moors.
