You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Snowmobile from our driveway on the local roads or on the nearby trails. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in one of our 2 queen beds. Pull-out couch for extra sleeping. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
