ARLES HISTORIC HOMESTEAD. HOME OF THE GIANT QUEENSLAND KAURI TREE = 36 FT OR 11 MTRS AROUND . WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES. Only 5 min from the CBD. We have a separate self contained 2 B R lodge on the estate. There are 2 acres of botanical gardens with beautiful walkways . Our home is one of the original homesteads of Whanganui dating back to the 1880s. We are 5 min from all the main attractions Virginia Lake Waimarie Paddle Steamer Durie Hill Tower & Elevator

Comfortable cosy cottage beside Mt Ruapehu. Ideal for bikers, Tongariro Crossing hikers or photographers exploring the local scenery. Independent so you can come and go at will. Full kitchen (though basic with retro fridge and no dishwasher), TV, DVDs and Chromecast, unlimited wifi, laundry, heating & aircon. One double room and one room with 2 singles (that can push together), plus a couch bed in the living room and a travel cot. From mid-May to Oct book 'Shannon Cottage (winter)' instead.

Shed apartment - 15 minutes drive from Feilding/Sanson/Palmerston North Good location for those attending Manfield or Speedway. Plenty of space out on the roadside grass verge for large trailers. We are at the end of a no-exit road. Quiet rural setting with chickens, sheep, ducks, Boris - the kunekune pig, 2 cats, and 2 dogs - Jakey and Boots. 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Runnymede Farmstay
