The Tiny Escape

It has double glazing, a mini fireplace, toilet with vanity in add-on bathroom off the deck, large porch area for dining and 2 outdoor baths for soaking in the views. Cabin on the Lane

Cereal Breakfast provided. Escape to a cosy, character-filled cabin that was once our family’s home while we built our house. Crafted almost entirely from recycled materials, fittings, and furniture. It’s a cute and comfortable up-cycled retreat. It may be a little older, but its quirky details and warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a stay with real personality. Luca’s Chalet

Perfect hideaway for a relaxing weekend away, a family bike or ski-trip or to explore the Tongariro National Park. This is Lord of The Rings land so come ready for adventure! The A frame is our family Bach and is fully equipped for your relaxing stay. Read a book from the little library in the hammock on the front deck or soak your ski legs in the bath on the back deck. We are a short walk to the National Park, and to The Junction where you will find the famous Powderkeg restaurant.

Totara Croft, a stargazers dream

A new 30 sq m cabin, views from every angle looking out at cows, sheep & valley below. Wake to birdsong. An old Totara forest behind the cabin to admire the views & watch the Kereru & other native birds. 15 mins to Feilding, Vinegar Hill, 20 mins to Kimbolton (Cross Hill Gardens) or 30 mins to Apiti. Continental breakfast supplied, along with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Large deck to sit and enjoy the views over the valley below. Plenty of parking for a trailer if required.

FLAT HILLS FAMILY POD 1

Set in the grounds of Flat Hills Cafe in the scenic Rangitikei Valley. This Pod can accomodate up to 4 people. There is a shared shower & toilet block as well as a campers lounge with kitchen, 50inch tv, book and toy corner. Each Pod has its own TV, fridge plus tea & coffee making facilities. There is a BBQ to use on those finer evenings & free Wifi in the cafe grounds. For families we have a play area with bouncy castle, farm animals & even a maze!! **CAFE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS**
