A 15 minute walk, 2 minute drive to the CBD. this modern studio room is close to all amenities with a rural/vineyard outlook. Cosy with a heat pump, king size bed and easy to access being on SH1, but set back off the road so it is quiet. A beautiful view of the hills and a large pool/entertainment area. This is attached to a home, however you have your own access, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of off street parking, BBQ, free wifi and a smart TV. We are semi rural and the rooster/s reflect that!

The loft is close to vineyards and walking and mountain biking tracks.
