It has been the venue for many happy family gatherings over the last 20 years, and in 2023 it was remodeled to a very high standard using top tier materials, appliances and furniture in order to provide superior comfort all year round. Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

Vila da Praia is a private condominium perfectly located between the beach and the centre of Alvor (5 minute walk each way). The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play. Outside of the compound there are all sorts of services available within a short walk ( bars and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, hairdresser, ATM, grocery shop)

@ Dona Ana Beach, Big Pool & 5min Walk to Old Town

Our apartment is located at Iberlagos - a complex set atop the cliffs that frame Dona Ana Beach and 8 minutes walking from town center. The apartment is a two bedroom ground floor, with a lovely porch with partial sea view and direct access to the complex gardens. Our guests have full access to the complex swimming pool included in their stay. Loungers and shades in the pool area are rented out for a fee by the pool manager.
