The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. With amazing views for miles it has its own kitchenette, double bed, ensuite bathroom & enclosed garden/patio. Love the fabulous log burning stove and basket of logs. Toast marshmallows around a fire pit. Explore bridle paths on the farm which link to neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell. We are dog friendly (small cleaning charge). All linen is provided too. Adult only.

Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
