Ob WanderInnen, HandwerkerInnen, NaturfreundInnen,…. - wir heissen dich herzlich willkommen bei uns. Die Wohnung mit Küchenzeile und Bad gehört dir ganz alleine und ist abschließbar. Den Hauseingang nutzen wir gemeinsam. Auf deiner kleinen Terrasse kannst du den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Im Haus wohnt Josef zusammen mit Hängebauchschwein Wilhelm und unseren Katzen Indie, Hera und Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Große Ferienwohnung mit Pool in Mitten der Natur

Die großzügige 90 qm große, komplett renovierte und neu eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau, verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer für bis zu 5 Personen, ein Badezimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich (40 qm). Outdoorwhirpool für 6 Personen mit Holzheizung. Dieser muss selbst beheizt werden, Dauer ca. 2,5 bis 3 Stunden. Holz ist vorhanden. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. Nutzbar bis 23 UhrDer Pool ist im Dezember, Januar und Februar nicht nutzbar. Gebühr für Poolbenutzung je € 10,00

Unsere ruhige Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön im Grünen gelegen. Mit großem Balkon, einem schönen großzügigen Tageslichtbad, sehr ruhigen Schlafzimmer und großer Wohnküche. Perfekt zum Seele baumeln lassen oder zum Besuch verschiedenster Orte, die dir guttun. Kräutergarten à la Hildegard Bingen oder wunderbare Städte. In nächster Nähe finden Sie ideale Erholungsmöglichkeiten: die Natur vor der Haustüre oder den Europapark in Rust . Natürlich mit Konus - Karte zum Zweitälerland. Spannend !!

Wohnung mit Charme im Schwarzwald-Bauernhaus

Unsere im Jahr 2022 renovierte „Ferienwohnung Talblick“ befindet sich in unserem alten, original schwarzwälder Bauernhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf Oberharmersbach und den Brandenkopf. Abgelegen und doch zentrumsnah könnt ihr hier euren Urlaub genießen. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür gestartet werden. Ein Penny Lebensmittel-Discounter befindet sich fußläufig (600 Meter) erreichbar. Ausflugsziele wie der Europa-Park, Vogtsbauernhöfe, Triberg, ... sind gut erreichbar.

The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Aber auch rund um das Lerchennest gibt es einiges zu erkunden: Den naturnahen Garten, eine Feuerstelle zum Grillen, eine Sauna zum entspannen, Ziegen füttern oder gemeinsam wandern, verschmuste Kater und allerlei mehr.

Direkt neben dem Gmeiner Hof mit Kühen, Ponys, Hühnern, Katze und Hund befindet sich die behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung mit 124m², 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit behindertengerechter Toilette und Dusche, einer weiteren separaten Toilette, einem großen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich . Hunde sind willkommen, wir berechnen 25 Euro pro Hund .Die Gemeinde erhebt Kurtaxe von 2,10 Euro ab 16 Jahren, diese muss vor Ort in bezahlt werden.
